Are your employees truly empowered? Do they know what you want them to do and how to do it, step-by-step? When an adult is physically involved in their own learning; they are thinking it through with their own brain, figuring it out step-by-step, practicing the task, perfecting the skill and preparing to demonstrate the task or skill to a peer or mentor, the retention goes up to 97%! The retention accelerates when the learner prepares to teach the peer or mentor! This works perfectly with hybrid teams!

Without formal on boarding or training new hires are often “lost” which can send them into "hiding." During their first few days they are vulnerable and won’t come back after lunch if they feel shamed or made "wrong." This creates costly employee turnover, which is especially detrimental during the talent shortage.
If your training is ineffective or outdated, employees are on their own to interpret “what good looks like” and they are doomed to miss the target.
