Overview:

If we look at the definition of a system, human capital management fits every step of the definition. With meeting that definition, upper management demands that you speak the language of business. It is speaking that language that provided you a seat at the strategy table.

Human Capital Management, for the most part, is stuck in the Patterson Model and sees its role as the organizational fireman. The problem is that will not ensure your future in this profession.

During this program we will explore the nature of the transactional HR and the Strategic HR professional and how you can move from one to the other.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • Understand the nature of HR in the modern business organization
  • Understand the difference between a process and a system
  • Remember the evolution of HR
  • Analyze your role in your organization as a Human Capital manager
  • Evaluate your processes
  • Create a new organizational normal

Who Will Benefit:
  • Chief Human Resource Officers
  • VP of Human Resources
  • C-Suite Office holders
  • HR Directors and Managers
  • HR Business Partners
