Overview:

Modern project management demands more than static spreadsheets and manual updates - it requires real-time visibility, data-driven insights, and clear communication across teams.

In this one-hour, practical webinar, you’ll learn how to use Microsoft Power BI to plan, monitor, and control projects more effectively. Discover how to connect your project data (from Excel, Microsoft Project, or other sources) into interactive dashboards that provide instant clarity on timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource performance.

You’ll see how to build project KPIs, visualize progress vs. plan, and share live reports with stakeholders - all while reducing time spent on manual reporting. Whether you manage one project or a full portfolio, this session will show you how Power BI can transform your project data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • How Power BI fits into the project management lifecycle (planning ? execution ? control ? reporting)
  • Connecting Power BI to Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, or SharePoint for live project data
